What is a property designation?

A property designation is the unique designation that each property is assigned by the Land Survey (Lantmäteriet). The property designation consists of an area name, tract name and a block number, sometimes followed by a colon and a unit number.

Which properties are included in the database?

The database currently includes approximately 40,000 properties in Skellefteå. This means that certain properties outside urban areas are not included. During the year, Devolv will be launched nationally.
