This policy describes how we process your personal data at Quadrata AB ("Devolv", "we", "us", "our"). By reading through the policy, you can get a clearer picture of the processing of personal data and your rights. The policy applies to the use of all Devolv services. The policy does not cover Devolvs Terms of use. You can find these on the terms of use page. The terms of use describe the legal agreement entered into between you and Devolv in order to use the service.

Legal basis

In order for us to be able to process your personal data, it is required that we have a so-called legal basis. Devolv mainly processes your personal data on the following grounds:

Consent: We may process your information if you have given us permission (i.e. consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose.

Execution of agreement: We may process your personal data when we consider it necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including the provision of our services or at your request before entering into a contract with you.

Legal obligation: We may process your information where we believe it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, such as cooperating with a law enforcement agency or regulatory authority, exercising or defending our legal rights, or disclosing your information as evidence in legal proceedings involving us .

Balance of interests: We may process your information where we believe it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, such as situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.

Personal data that we collect

User data

In order for you to be able to use the service, we need to collect certain personal data. The type of data collected depends on the devolve services you use. This may include the following information:

  • First and last name
  • password
  • email address
  • social security number
  • address

When you use BankID to register an account on Devolv, a user ID is created which is linked to your social security number. Through this, we can link your account to the property(s) you own. In this way, you can create a profile for your property or make your own models of it. With the help of this information, we prevent outsiders from creating a profile for your property(s) while maintaining a high level of security. The social security number is not visible to any user, but is only used to connect your account to your property(s).

When you create your account, your first and last name is also registered. When you interact with other users on the platform, your first name appears in the conversation. By requiring identification, we can reduce the risk of fraud.

Usage data

When you use the service, certain personal data is collected. This includes, among other things, the information specified below:

  • search history
  • saved properties
  • saved projects
  • saved models
  • saved buildings
  • profiles for your properties
  • content you post to the service, such as pictures, profile pictures, text and other types of content.
  • interactions with other users
  • account settings

Technical data

When you use the service, technical data may be collected. This includes the information below:

  • browser
  • IP address
  • operating system
  • device type
  • screen resolution

Other data

If you choose to communicate with us in support matters, we save your contact information. This is to be able to contact you with answers to your questions. This information is stored with the support of a special balancing of interests which means that we have a legitimate interest in processing the personal data. Legitimate interest means that an interest balance is made between the benefit of the treatment and the protection of your privacy.

Who can we share your information with?

Devolv may share certain information with partners and technology providers. Devolv is still responsible for your data if we pass it on to third parties and we demand that they comply with our rules for data processing. They also undertake to protect the information they hold on our behalf and to keep it for the period we specify.

How long do we save the data?
